    Mentalibrium will facilitate an interactive workshop focusing on a targeted growth opportunity, such as, leadership, enhancing team culture, improving team engagement, applying mental health skills.

  • Data shows 26% of employers use workshops to address mental health. Employees learn targeted mental health skills in an intimate environment to address a common goal, such as team building, team course correction, enhance team culture, improve team engagement, group training.

  • As a team or small group, employees will explore current work situations and understand behaviors that are unproductive and potentially harmful that contribute to work challenges. Learned mental health skills can enhance group productivity and unity. Using the skills as a group will promote group transformation.

Individual or Team Intervention

  • [1-2 HOUR SESSION]
    Mentalibrium will work with an individual or group who need support with how to engage more productively in their work environment. Mentalibrium will collect information to understand circumstances causing dysfunction. Mentalibrium will develop a targeted treatment plan, leveraging mental health skills, to modify current behaviors and support the individual and/or team to create a functional work environment.

  • Organizations are presented with specific instances where a team is deteriorating or demonstrating a toxic culture presenting a heightened risk of low productivity, key talent turnover, or employee legal action. Organizations do not have the bandwidth or expertise to teach employees how to behave differently in existing dysfunction. This intervention is designed to correct the immediate issue by discussing challenges, teaching mental health skills to correct the specific dysfunction, and create long term solutions.

  • Address a specific behavior or dynamic that requires a customized assessment and intervention to improve the work environment. The goal is to retain key talent, reduce risk of legal action and promote positive corporate culture.

Online Group Mental Health Literacy

  • [60 minutes, 1 day/week for 6 weeks]
    Mentalibrium will host a weekly virtual meeting with a specific topic of focus. Mentalibrium will explain common workplace challenges pertaining to this topic. Group participants will discuss how they have experience this topic in their work environment. As a group we will explore alternative ways of managing by using mental health skills.

  • Mental health education is desired by employees and virtual group learning is a unique way organizations can support employee’s individual growth. Mental health skills can improve the employee’s work experience and make them happier and more productive employees.

  • Weekly, virtual, group meetings are small investments for organizations that produce a large benefit for employees. Employees learn mental health skills and discuss with others how to apply the skills in different scenarios. Employees build a natural community of support through the group setting.

  • Mentalibrium will be available to partner with the executive during active situations. Leaders are most effective having emotional intelligence and emotional literacy.
